The body of the Company is its General Director, as well as the supervisory Board. In its activities, the Supervisory Board is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Company's Charter, the Regulations on the Supervisory Board and other regulatory legal acts. The number of members of the Supervisory Board must be odd and must be at least five people who are not closely related to each other and the head of the Company. The members of the Supervisory Board are not part of the Company's staff. At least thirty percent of the Supervisory Board of the Company are independent members of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board includes a representative of the authorized body in the field of science, the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body), who meets the requirements for persons elected to the supervisory board in state-owned enterprises by right of economic management, approved, and persons elected on a competitive basis. The requirements for persons elected to the Supervisory Board, as well as the procedure for the competitive selection of members of the Supervisory Board and early termination of their powers are approved by the authorized body for state planning in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
